I have a Mercedes GLK. Communication with David was great. He was always one step ahead of me. The weather kept changing, and he kept In touch with me every day, rescheduling as needed due to the rain.The website is easy and user friendly and asks all the right questions. You can tell that this company put a lot of effort in making sure expectations are properly set and that the intended work is well defined. The mobile set up again is well thought out, providing the detailing person all the professional tools he/she will need to do the job right. Not sure what I was expecting but what I got was a professional outfit doing a most incredible job. I later drove my car after it had been detailed and I felt I was in my car again when it was new. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. Truly a really great job…no BS here.
Dave did a paint restoration and ceramic coating. He was able to remove all water etchings caused by my irrigation system. More than pleased!

This was my first time using this convenient service but will not be my last. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish of the professionalism of Mr. Mayes and the organizational “details” of the whole transaction. (ease of setting up appointment, reminders, paying, etc.). And as importantly, my husband and I were equally impressed with the thorough, quality job that Mr. Mayes did once he was here to have my car sparkle and smell like brand new from floorboard to rooftop, every nook and cranny.

My experience with Mayes Auto Detailing was excellent. David came to my house to detail the inside of our Jeep Wrangler. After 2 hours, he asked me to bring it to his shop because it was so hard to get the dog hair out. He spent the entire next day on it. It now looks brand new! David did an amazing job. I loved how he took the time to make sure everything was perfect. He got scratches out that I didn’t even know could come out. He made sure when he was done that I looked it over and made sure everything was to my liking. Most people take the money and just go on about their business. When I was emailing him, he was very quick to respond and helpful. David and his wife were so friendly and nice. I can honestly say I am so happy with my car. One thing I like about David is his attention to detail. I only got the headlight restoration/polishing this time, but my headlights looked horrible, and he made them look new again. He even allowed me to replace my inner door handle while he was working on my headlights, and even provided a bottled water as it was extremely hot outside.
